Very poor understanding of the items they stock, terrible customer service,Very rude in person and on the phone would not recommend to anyone

Ordered a capo from these guys, they delivered it same day.I accidentally gave confusing instructions about where to put it and they found a good spot for it, then left me a friendly voice mail to make sure I found it.10/10 for service from a 2/10 customer

Finally going to comment on the work environment on this place after two years of quitting. I quit because of them only paying me $12 per student when they charged like $32-$34 per student. Plus they don’t even appreciate you when you work with them. After two years of hard work of teaching,they only gave me a $1-$2 raise in my pay.The staffs are rude(the ones who was at the front counter).Went back to this place to grab something as it is the nearest to my house but the experience is not that nice as I was treated badly as a customer.I hope the management don’t DENY the fact that there is so many bad reviews but learn to change and be more successful in the future.

1. Most of time, no employees answer the phone call.2. Different employees gave different statement to the same thing.3. The service is very very inefficient, no matter selling musical instruments or supplying maintenance service.Will not go to the store any more. Don't understand why they can survive with so poor business quality.

Its disgusting that this place pays qualified teachers $22/Hour if your a Music Educator go and work for Mega Music Acadmey where they pay Tutors $30/hour. I cannot believe anyone can justify this paupers pay rate! Their business model is based on charging parents $64 an hour. $12 per lesson is what they were paying in 1984.

I came in today to ask a few simple questions and help with a beginner's violin and the technical help and assistance was phenomenal! Not only was the price explained but the ability to help myself and direction in finding lessons. Definitely will be back for my next Violin. Thanks Billy !!!!

Great bunch of people, they have helped me out a number of times. Now i have my kids doing lessons and they are loving their lessons and teachers. Thanks... I highly recommend them.
